• QFP methodology proven through over half a million dollars in manual client delivery.
• Intelligence produced by a small team of analysts using AI-assisted scraping, research tools, spreadsheets, and structured human analysis.
• Greenfield build: no legacy stack, no inherited constraints.
• Client deliverables today: reports, briefings, slide decks.

Your first 90 days (pre-funding):

• Choose the stack (e.g., Python/Node, ML frameworks, cloud, data infra).
• Translate QFP into architecture (data flows, models, services, interfaces).
